Everything you need to know about booking events with guiders
How can I request an event?
There is a button on every event page to request your preferred date. We need the following information from you: contact details, date and time, language, number of participants and, if applicable, the location. You can enter any questions in the free text field.
How can I book an event?
Once we have received your request, we will check availability and you will receive a non-binding offer that you can accept.
How can I add people to my booking?
Please send us an e-mail to info@guiders.de stating the number of people and we will check availability.
Do I commit to a booking when I request an event?
An inquiry is always non-binding.
Who will I receive an invoice from? How do I pay?
You will receive an invoice from the organizer of the event, which you can pay by bank transfer.
How do I cancel an event or individual persons? How high are the cancellation fees?
To cancel, please send us an email to info@guiders.de stating the number of people you wish to cancel. Cancellation fees can be found on the respective event page or in the terms and conditions from the offer.
Who organizes the events on guiders.de?
The events are organized by Guiders GmbH – unless it is marked as a partner event. The organizer is indicated on the respective event page if it is a partner event.
Who provides the location for the events?
On each event page you will find information on whether the event is taking place in a public space or at your organizer’s premises, or whether you need to provide a suitable space or venue.
Is catering included in the events?
If catering is included or optional, this is indicated on the event page under the heading Services. From 100 people, you can always request catering individually.
What happens in bad weather?
Our events generally take place in all weathers. Exceptions are black ice and an official storm warning.
Does guiders also offer indoor events?
Yes, you can find them via the corresponding “Indoor” tag on the website. Or we will be happy to advise you by e-mail or telephone during our office hours.
I have a guiders voucher. How can I redeem it?
Please contact us by e-mail, stating the voucher code and the amount.
Can I become a partner of guiders.de as a hotel?
Yes, of course. Just send us an email to info@guiders.de.
