The special thing about this event is the opportunity to challenge the boss in a playful way. Decide together how the boss’s team should be set up to guarantee a fair and exciting competition. You can choose between the boss competing alone against everyone, playing together with his management team against the staff, or competing against each individual in turn.

The event takes place in all weathers. An official storm warning is an exception.

No special previous knowledge or equipment is required. The games are designed to be feasible and fun for all participants. We recommend that you wear weatherproof and comfortable clothing and bring plenty of water.
Can we swap individual games from Beat the Boss for games from other events?
This is not usually possible.
